Sharon G. Beishline, 73, of Still Creek, passed away Monday at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem.
Born in Hazleton, she is the daughter of Catherine I. Postupack, of Still Creek.
Sharon was a member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, McAdoo, and a 1969 graduate of Hazleton High School.
Sharon began working in the local garment industry as a seamstress and prior to retiring, she was employed as an aide at the White Haven State Center.
She was gifted at quilting and needlepoint and enjoyed making quilts for family and friends. Sharon was also an avid reader and enjoyed a wealth of books over the years. Her greatest love was being a homemaker for her beloved family.
She was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her son, Christopher J. Beishline.
Surviving in addition to her mother, are her husband of 24 years, John Beishline; daughters, Chantel Beishline of Hamburg and Gabrielle Beishline of Still Creek; son Peter Beishline, of Jeansville; grandchildren, Mikey and Annabella Beishline, and Briana Brennan; and several cousins.
Rev. Oleh Kuts will conduct the funeral service on Saturday, June 21st at 11 a.m. at the Damiano Funeral Home Inc., McAdoo. Interment will follow in Postupack Family Cemetery, Ss. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Weatherly.
A calling hour will be held Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
