Rita M. (Prokipchak) Faleshock

Rita M. Faleshock, 81, formerly of McAdoo, passed away Wednesday at Mt. City Nursing Center, Hazle Twp.

Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Majesky) Prokipchak.

Rita was a member of Church of All Saints, McAdoo.

Prior to retiring, she was employed in the area garment industry.

Rita was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, and will be sadly missed by all.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband Thomas N. Faleshock; sons, Thomas M. Faleshock and Michael R. Faleshock; brothers, John, Paul, and Daniel Prokipchak; and sisters, Helen Roberts and Evelyn Lapetina.

Surviving are her daughter, Lisa Blake and husband Brian, Hanover; grandsons, Jonathan Blake and wife, Erica; and Zachary Blake and wife, Teonna; great-grandchildren, Aidan, Emily, and William; sisters, Joan Puza and husband, John, McAdoo; and Patricia Castiglione and husband, Lorenzo, Hazle Twp.; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately at the request of the family.

The Damiano Funeral Home, Inc., McAdoo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
