Phyllis Polimeno

Phyllis Polimeno, 96, of Kelayres, passed away Monday morning at Kadima Nursing Home, Drums, where she had been a guest.

Born in Kelayres, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Elizabeth (Cherico) Polimeno.

Phyllis was a member of Church of All Saints, McAdoo.

Prior to retiring, she was employed in the local garment industry and last employed at McAdoo Manufacturing.

Phyllis was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Preceding her in death, were her sisters Jennie Polimeno, Mary Giampa, Lucille Fegley, Elizabeth Fulmer and Rose Brezinski (who passed away on Sept. 12, 2022); and brothers Joseph and Carmen Polimeno.

Surviving, are her niece and godchild, Elizabeth Marion, of Hazle Twp.; and several other nieces and nephews also survive.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
