Melissa (Lutsky) Prusak

Melissa (Lutsky) Prusak, 58, of Hazleton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 28, at her residence.

Born and raised in Hazleton, she was the daughter of Theresa (Petrilla) Lutsky, of Hazleton, and the late Edward S. Lutsky. Melissa continued to reside in the Hazleton area.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her brother Victor E. Lutsky and his wife Kathleen, of Sugarloaf; nephew Shawn Lutsky; and Aunts and cousins also survive.

No services will be held; however, the immediate family will attend a private ceremony to honor her wishes.
