Mary Ann D. Christina

Mary Ann D. Christina, 80, of Tresckow, passed away Wednesday evening at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton. 

           Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late John and Emily (Craver) Christina.

            Mary Ann was a member of Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Hazleton.

            Prior to retiring, she was employed in the area garment industry and also at Stasko’s Top Shelf and Catering Service, Hazleton.

            Preceding her in death, was a sister Barbara Zapotocky.

            Surviving, are her cousin and caregiver Richard Sparks, of Tresckow; brother-in-law Francis Zapotocky, Sr. and nephew Francis Zapotocky, Jr., of Tresckow; two great nieces; four great-great nephews; several cousins; and longtime aid and caregiver Tracey Hartzel.

            Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial mass will be announced at a future date.

            The Damiano Funeral Home, Inc., McAdoo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
