Mark S. Yanoshik, 64, of Lofty, passed away Sunday at Ridgeview Healthcare & Rehab. Center, Shenandoah.
Born in Hazleton, he is the son of John P. “Jack” Yanoshik and the Late Dorothy (Scrbacic) Yanoshik, and he was of the Roman Catholic faith.
Mark was a graduate of Hazleton High School, Class of 1979, and continued his education at Pennsylvania College of Technology in autobody repair. Prior to retiring, he worked alongside his father at Twins Auto Sales, Lofty.
A true outdoorsman, Mark enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting.
Preceding him in death were his brother, John “Jake” Yanoshik.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are his sister, Marianne Dougherty and husband, Richard of Ambler; sister-in-law, Kathy Yanoshik of Edinboro; nieces and nephews, Daniel Dougherty and wife, Samantha; Sara Leitzel and husband, Patrick; and Rick Yanoshik and wife, Patty; and great-nieces and nephews, Richie, Katie, Grace and Joseph Leitzel, Martin Dougherty, and Christian Yanoshik.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. No public calling hours are scheduled.
