Lorraine J. Volciak, 72, of McAdoo, passed away Wednesday morning at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Ruth (Miller) Panco, Sr. and was of the Roman Catholic faith.
Prior to retiring, she was employed at Michael’s Distribution Center, Humboldt.
Lorraine was an active member of the Pardeesville Recreation Committee. She enjoyed crafting projects, trips to the beach and making wonderful memories with her family and friends, especially her pride and joy, her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death, were her husband Walter N. Volciak; daughter Renay Volciak; brothers Ronald and Peter Panco, Jr.; and sister Margaret Hirko.
Surviving are son Walter A. Volciak and wife Linda of Haddock; twin daughters Cindy Panzarella and husband Angelo of Pardeesville; and Christine Volciak of McAdoo; daughter Missy DeAngelo and husband George of Pardeesville; son Dylan Volciak-Panco of McAdoo; grandchildren Kyle Volciak and wife Sierra, and Tyler and Ryan Volciak; Angelo and Alex Panzarella; and Alyssa DeAngelo; great-grandsons Owen and Aiden Volciak; sister Joan McCann of Maryland; brothers James Panco and wife Gerri of Shenandoah and Steven Panco of Hazleton; her daughter-in-law and caretaker, Dana Ciccotti of McAdoo; and nieces and nephews also survive.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Drums.
