Julie Kitsock, 101, of Levittown, passed away Friday at Juniper Village of Lebanon.
Born in Tresckow, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Megyas) Goydich.
She was a member of St. Michael’s Byzantine Catholic Church, McAdoo.
Julie was first employed in the area garment industry, and later retiring from the Bristol Twp. School District as a custodian.
Julie was the ‘favorite Aunt’ for all her nieces and nephews. She loved caring for all of her family and was proud to babysit for her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed celebrating her 100th birthday with all of her family. Julie took pride in cooking and baking, especially ethnic foods, for her family celebrations. She had also made a few wedding dresses for her nieces over the years.
Preceding her in death, was her first husband Herbert Waldron; second husband John Kitsock; sisters Anna Pierdinock, Verna Bozar, Mary Pituck, and Helen Skurla; and brothers Michael, Nicholas, John and Stephen Goydich.
Surviving, are her daughter Sharyn Fleischer and husband Neil of Lebanon; son Bruce Waldron and wife Diane of Newtown; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews also survive.
A private graveside service will be held in St. Michael’s B.C. Cemetery, McAdoo, with Rev. Gregory Hosler officiating.
