Joan A. Bucknovic, 86, of McAdoo, passed away suddenly Sunday at her home.
Born in McAdoo, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Teglash) Bucknovic, Jr.
Joan was a member of Church of All Saints, McAdoo, and was last employed by All Saints Parish.
Joan enjoyed volunteering her time decorating for the holidays at church. She also loved to teach arts and crafts at McAdoo Catholic Elem. School.
Surviving are her cousins, David, Joseph and Michael Prekopa, and Frances Walukiewicz; and her beloved dog ‘Sugar’.
Her funeral will be held Monday at Church of All Saints, McAdoo. The Rev. Msgr. William Baker will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery, McAdoo.
A calling hour will be held Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church.
