Helen V. (Stratchko) Korinchock

Helen V. Korinchock, 96, of McAdoo, passed away suddenly Saturday at her home. 

Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late John and Veronica (Stasek) Stratchko.

She was a member of Church of All Saints, McAdoo.

Helen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, and she will be greatly missed by all.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Michael Korinchock and several brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her sons, Gary Korinchock of Hazleton, and Richard Korinchock and wife Janet of Hazle Twp; grandchildren, Richard Korinchock Jr., Adam Korinchock and wife Jaclyn, and Rebecca Hudock and husband Dave; great-grandchildren, Claire and Jack; sisters, Veronica Martonick and husband Ron of Tresckow, and Marian Harmonosky of Tresckow; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial in Church of All Saints, McAdoo, on Thursday, January 2, at 11 a.m. Rev. Barnabas Shayo will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery, McAdoo.
