Frances D. (Krizusoki) Petrole

Frances D. Petrole, 102, formerly of Weatherly, passed away Saturday afternoon at the Manor of St. Luke Village, Hazleton. 

         Born in Tresckow, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Krizusoki.

         She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Parish at Transfiguration Church, West Hazleton.

         Frances truly enjoyed taking care of her home and family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. 

         Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband James Petrole; daughter Donna Schweitzer; and several brothers and sisters.

         Surviving are her son Vincent Petrole and wife Theresa of Weatherly; grandchildren Holly Siepietowski and husband Jeff of Bloomsburg and James Schweitzer of West Hazleton; step-grandchildren Michael, Tracy, Jason and Adam; and many nieces and nephews also survive.

         A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Damiano Funeral Home Inc., McAdoo. Rev. Wilfredo Mamani will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Gabriel’s R.C. Cemetery, Hazleton.

         A calling hour will be held Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
