Elizabeth D’Angelo, 95, of McAdoo, passed away Sunday morning at her residence.
Born in McAdoo, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Pivovarnik) Brewery.
She was a member of Church of All Saints, McAdoo.
Prior to retiring, Elizabeth was employed at McAdoo Manufacturing and Franglo, Hazleton.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband Louis D’Angelo, Sr.; daughter Mary Carolyn Luisi; granddaughter Edith Ann Luisi; brothers George and John Brewery; and sisters Helen Brewery and Mary Ford.
Surviving, are her son Louis D’Angelo, Jr. and wife Noreen; daughter Barbara Winkler; and son Michael D’Angelo, all of McAdoo; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister Rita Zenchak of New Jersey; and nieces and nephews also survive.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Church of All Saints, McAdoo. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s R. C. Cemetery, McAdoo.
A calling hour will be held Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the church.
