Edward C. Shepherd

 Edward C. Shepherd, 66, of McAdoo, passed away Thursday morning at his residence. 

            Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Frederick and Eileen (Hicks) Shepherd.

            Edward was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. and later in the U.S. Army.

            Prior to retiring, he was employed at Vibration Mountings of New Jersey.

            Edward was a member of the Marine Corp. League and the American Legion.

            Preceding him in death, was a brother Keith W. Shepherd.

            Surviving, are his wife of 46 years, Brenda (Oliver) Shepherd; sons Daniel Shepherd of Pittsburgh; David A. Shepherd of New Jersey; James M. Shepherd and wife Sheila Kay of Hazleton; and Samuel K. Shepherd of McAdoo; two grandchildren; sister Paula Shepherd of North Carolina; brother Bruce Shepherd and wife Barbara of New Jersey; and nieces and nephews also survive.

            No public services will be held.
